Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, internship programs, training programs, workshops, and other services purchased from DatabreaksAI 

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment

If a participant cancels their enrolment within 24 hours from the time of payment, they will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable registration fee of ₹250.

The refund will be processed after receiving a formal cancellation request by email.

2. Cancellation Up to 5 Days Before Course Start Date

If a participant cancels their enrolment at least 5 calendar days before the scheduled course start date, the amount eligible for refund will be calculated as follows:

• The registration fee of ₹250 will be deducted.

• A 10% processing/cancellation charge will be deducted from the remaining net course fee.

• The balance amount will be refunded to the participant.

Example:
If the participant has paid ₹10,000, the ₹250 registration fee will first be deducted, and a 10% processing charge will then be applied to the remaining ₹9,750. The refundable amount would therefore be ₹8,775.

3. Cancellation Less Than 5 Days Before Course Start Date

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 calendar days before the scheduled course start date.

This includes cancellations made:

• 4 days before the course;

• 3 days before the course;

• 2 days before the course;

• 1 day before the course; or

• On the course start date.

Once this cancellation window has passed, the fees paid for the course, training, internship, or service are non-refundable.

4. No Refund After Course/Program Commencement

Once the course, internship, training program, workshop, or service has commenced, no refund will be provided, irrespective of the participant's attendance, participation, personal circumstances, or inability to complete the program.

Failure to attend sessions or discontinuation of participation after commencement will not qualify for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date on which:

1. The cancellation request is received and approved; and

2. The participant provides the required bank/payment details.

Refunds may be processed through UPI, Bank Transfer, or NEFT, depending on the information provided by the participant and the payment method available to the Company.

6. Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted through email before the applicable cancellation deadline.

The cancellation request should include:

• Participant's full name;

• Registered email address;

• Course/program name;

• Date of payment;

• Payment/transaction reference;

• Reason for cancellation (optional); and

• Bank account details or UPI details required for processing the refund.

The date and time on which the cancellation email is received by the Company will be considered the official cancellation request date.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Registration fee of ₹250;

• Applicable processing/cancellation charges;

• Any other charges expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

8. Company Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the Company cancels a course or program before its scheduled commencement for reasons attributable to the Company, participants may be offered an alternative batch, rescheduling option, or refund, as applicable.

The Company will communicate the available options to affected participants.

9. Transfer to Another Batch

Requests to transfer enrolment to another batch may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to availability.

A batch transfer is not an automatic entitlement and may be subject to applicable administrative or processing charges.

10. No Compensation for Purchased Services

Except where a refund is expressly permitted under this policy or required under applicable law, the Company will not provide monetary compensation, damages, or reimbursement for purchased courses, internship programs, training programs, or other services.

11. Important Notice

Participants are advised to carefully review the course details, duration, commencement date, fees, eligibility requirements, and other applicable terms before making payment.

Payment of the course/program fee constitutes acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
